A bit about me
I am a clinical negligence lawyer, which means I advise in relation to injury or death arising from incorrect or inadequate medical treatment or diagnosis. Essentially, I help my clients or their families to recover and rebuild their lives by supporting them in clinical negligence, inquests, and personal injury claims.
I am an ‘always-online’ lawyer, working evenings and weekends where necessary to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. I have even attended an overseas conference whilst on holiday, with the expert and counsel for one of my cases. I go out of my way to assist my clients and fight their cases to the best of my ability. I am approachable, professional, and keep my knowledge up-to-date, whilst also focusing on keeping things simple and understandable.
Outside of work I am passionate about charity work (particularly Headway Coventry & Warwickshire), walking, socialising, and travelling.

Questions I’m frequently asked
When will the case settle?
Generally medical negligence claims should be brought within 3 years from the date you became aware that the treatment you received may have been negligent, and that it caused you injury. Children have until they are 21 in which to bring a claim.
How much is my case worth?
As we investigate the case it will become clearer.
