Throughout March Medical Accident Group will be ‘Going Green for CP’ to show our support for Cerebral Palsy Cymru (CP Cymru) and Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month.
Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month is a global awareness campaign that pushes for a positive change in education, the healthcare system and the job market to give opportunities to those living with cerebral palsy.
Cerebral palsy is the most common physical disability in children worldwide. It is estimated that every 5 days a baby will be born who will have the condition.
CP Cymru created ‘Going Green for CP’ to raise awareness and to allow others to show support for those living or know someone with cerebral palsy.
Green is the official colour for cerebral palsy awareness as it reflects youthfulness and new growth, as well as hope for advancements in treatment and acceptance.
Join us on 27 March when we will be wearing green to show our support for CP Cymru.
