A bit about me

Supporting the Medical Accident Group team on cases of clinical negligence and personal injuries requires empathy and understanding. The clients I speak to are often traumatised and overwhelmed, unsure what the next step might be.

I provide a calm, reassuring presence allowing them to open up and speak freely about their experiences. By building a relationship and trust in me as an individual, our clients feel comfortable and able to share information with me so that we can support them throughout their matter.

Outside work I’m passionate about sport. I play netball for Worcester Netball Club and Kidderminster Corolians Netball Club, and I love the team spirit, energy, and focus that sport brings. Whether I’m on the court or supporting from the sidelines, sport keeps me motivated, active, and connected.
