Stephanie Pincher

The combination of being able to help people in a very tangible way at a difficult time of their lives, along with the complexity and variety of my work, makes my work in clinical negligence very rewarding – I am very motivated to get the best possible results for my clients.

I have worked for some large companies but the personal aspect of what I do motivates me most – I want to help people to achieve the best outcome possible for them.

The range of my work is one of the aspects of it that is very satisfying – I can be dealing with an orthopaedic case one day and a nerve injury the next, so it is endlessly challenging.

Areas of Expertise

I have a range of experience in medical negligence cases, such as amputations, orthopaedic injuries, nerve injuries and surgical negligence. I have also supported clients whose babies have died following negligence, including attending inquests – putting my skills to work to help people in such sad circumstances is very important to me.

Interests & Hobbies

Outside work, I love playing netball competitively and I am really committed to mentoring those who want a career in law.
