A bit about me

The reward of knowing that I’ve contributed to the issuance of justice and compensation for people whose lives have been disrupted is a source of great satisfaction to me. Being able to see the impact of compensation first-hand is a gratifying experience, after what these people have been through.

When taking new enquiries, I want to make my clients feel like they have a voice and that it is being heard. Perhaps for the first time, in their opinion. I also make sure that I go above and beyond to support both my team and my clients, and treat every case as if it were me.

Outside of work, I am a big foodie, family person, interior designer, and Harry Potter fan!

Discover my top tips

  • Don’t wait. Although looking to bring a claim might feel daunting, there are strict time limits in place and you may miss out.
  • Ask questions. At any appointments, if there is anything you don’t understand about your treatment, always ask questions.
  • Try to get as much in writing as possible. Always ask telephone appointments to be followed up or summarised in a letter, and always keep a folder of any correspondence you receive.

Questions I’m frequently asked

How much money can I get?

It’s important to know that at the early stages of a claim, it is very difficult to estimate how much your claim is likely to be worth and is usually not something we are able to provide until later in the claim. As soon as we know, we will tell you.

How stressful is it going to be?

Any legal proceedings can sometimes be stressful and so we always recommend to have family or friends supporting you throughout, if that’s at meetings or appointments. If there is anything we can do to support you and help, we always will. Our job is to make it as least stressful as possible.

Can I make sure this doesn’t happen again?

Our job is to do our best to make sure you are put back in the position you were before the event. Unfortunately we can’t promise that people will change their ways or policies, so it’s important to be realistic about what you can achieve when bringing a claim.
