A bit about me

Clinical negligence allows me to make a difference to a vulnerable patient’s life and to ease some of the financial pressures they experience in trying to source financial care. If there has been a delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, or substandard care – I am here to help.

Specialising in many areas including surgical error, catastrophic injury, and birth injury, I leave no stone unturned. There are various elements to investigating a clinical negligence claim and I ensure that all areas are explored and explained to the client clearly. Including my clients in all stages of the investigation is very important to me because I want to ensure they never feel alone.

My passion is to nurture and help young people to achieve their potential. I love mentoring and being an ally to junior staff members.

Questions I’m frequently asked

Do I have a good claim?

After you provide the initial information, you will have a claim that is worth investigating. However, I must cross-reference the information with your medical records and seek professional opinion by a medical expert.

How long will it take?

It could take 3-4 years to investigate, but this is dependent on the conduct of the defendant and the court timetable. However, we will keep you updated throughout.

How much compensation will I receive?

It is difficult to say at this stage until we obtain supportive evidence from a medical expert together with proof of your losses i.e. travel expenses, wage details, etc.
